Char Dennis founded 1KMEG over 10 years ago in 2006. Starting with her community services and philanthropy, She had spent over 15 years helping new entrepreneurs and nonprofits, get their businesses off the ground, but wanted to offer more.  She spent the first few years of her business making additional contacts and focusing her efforts on matching business owners and executives with community partnerships who could contribute to making their business shine. Mrs. Dennis also spends her time volunteering with organizations.  She also provides mentoring to many business owners, and young ladies within Nashville and surrounding communities.

Wade Rolle, Esq

Attorney Wade Rolle, our SENIOR VP COMPLIANCE AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS ,has been practicing Law for over 20 years. He is specialized in Contracts, Criminal Defense  & Family Law.  In his spare time, Wade enjoys traveling with his children.

Dominique Sensabaugh, our VP Charitable Business Development,

Dominique Sensabaugh is married to Los Angeles Rams Cornerback Coty Sensabaugh. As a native of Columbia, South Carolina, she is a proud graduate of Clemson University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As the Founder and Creative Director of Refined Precision Consultants, she specializes in public relations, planning and facilitating corporate charity endeavors, philanthropic fundraising campaigns, and marketing. She is a certified yoga instructor who loves a great outdoor workout and a young philanthropist whose mission in life is to do God’s work and inspire her peers.
